The 2025-2026 Calendar has been updated. Schools will now be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026. Schools will reopen on January 5, 2026!

Penns Grove Middle School Picture Retake Day! December 10, 2025.

The Salem County Department of Health & Human Services is reaching out to share a new resource guide developed to support residents who may be experiencing delays in their SNAP benefits or are otherwise struggling to access food.

The Salem County Food Resource Guide provides an up-to-date list of local food pantries, community meal services, and additional support programs throughout the county. Our goal is to ensure that individuals and families are aware of available resources and can access assistance in a timely and dignified manner.

As we receive the Spring season, I would like to highlight the importance of creating a safe, modern, and sustainable learning environment for all of our students. Below please see the pictures of our Gym renovation. The backboards, rims, wall padding, and scoreboard have been replaced to continue to support our students and sports. Penns Grove Middle School is excited to announce that Scarlett Tyson won 1st place in the Chemistry and Soap category at the Salem County Science Fair on March 12, 2025. Scarlet also won the prestigious Chemical Society Award. Congratulations, Scarlett Tyson!

Mrs. DiPatri's 6th-grade science classes had their own Museum of African American Inventors. The students prepared the room as a museum and made it into a wonderful Black History Month experience at Penns Grove Middle School.
