Welcome to the 2025–26 school year! We are excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and partnership with you and your children. As we start this new chapter together, we want to share some important information about an exciting development happening at our school.
This year, construction will be taking place at Paul W. Carleton Elementary as part of a building addition project. This expansion is a tremendous opportunity for the Penns Grove–Carneys Point Regional School District, as it will allow us to grow and strengthen our Pre-K and Kindergarten programs to better serve our youngest learners.
While we look forward to the benefits this addition will bring, we also recognize that construction will bring changes to our daily routines. You can expect adjustments to:
Pedestrian walking areas
Traffic flow around the school
Student drop-off and pick-up procedures
Parking availability
Please know that we are committed to keeping you fully informed, and specific details about these changes will be communicated in advance as they arise. Most importantly, the safety of our students, staff, and families remains our highest priority. All appropriate safety precautions and measures have been put in place to ensure that everyone remains safe throughout the construction process.
